Human Brain Atlas

We profiled 145,070 cells across 17 brain regions with snm3C-seq. The cells were assigned to 29 major types based on DNA methylation. Here we demonstrate the analyses of 3D genome features across these cell types, including contact distance, compartment, domain, and loop.
